Meet the capital that actually fits.

The problem

Fundraising still runs on cold email.

The information that decides whether a meeting is worth having — ticket, stage, sector, geography, timing — is the last thing either side finds out.

Founders

Hundreds of emails to find the few who write your cheque.

Lists give you names, not intent. You learn an investor doesn't do your stage after the third follow-up.

Investors

An inbox of decks outside the thesis.

Sourcing means filtering noise. The companies that do fit arrive late, through whoever happened to forward them.

Both sides

Days of back-and-forth for a 20-minute call.

Even when interest is mutual, the scheduling, the intro and the agenda are all done by hand.

    01

    Show what you're raising.

Target round, capital committed, ARR, growth and team size — the numbers investors filter on, in one place. Specific beats impressive.

    • Edit any time; your matches update with it
    • Choose who sees you: relevant matches, connections only, or paused
  2. 02

See who actually invests in you.

Every investor card leads with why you match — shared focus, your stage, your market — next to ticket, role, companies backed and fund size. Drag right to connect, left to pass.

    • Only investors whose ticket and thesis include you
    • Verified profiles
  3. 03

    Mutual interest only.

You're connected only when the investor said yes too. No cold emails, no ignored intros — and a pass stays private.

    • Book a 20-minute coffee chat in one tap
    • Or send a message first
  4. 04

    Say hello before you meet.

The conversation opens with the connection. Answer the first question, add context, and arrive at the call already warm.

    • One thread per connection
    • Schedule the meeting straight from the chat
  5. 05

Pick a time that works for both.

Binder shows only the slots you both have free, with an agenda drawn from both profiles. Confirm, and it's on both calendars.

    • Google Meet link and agenda included
    • Reschedule in a tap

    01

    Set your ticket and fund.

Ticket range, investment role, fund size and number of investments. Founders see exactly what you write — and only those who fit reach you.

    • Lead, co-lead or follow
    • Change it whenever your fund does
  2. 02

    Decide what reaches you.

The sectors, stages and markets you invest in, and what matters most. That's the filter between you and an inbox full of decks.

    • Balanced fit, or weight what matters most to you
    • Pause discovery when you're not deploying
  3. 03

    Swipe on founders that fit.

Each card shows round size, committed capital, ARR and growth next to why you match. Decide on fit in seconds; read the deck after.

    • Shared focus, stage and geography, checked for you
    • Verified founders
  4. 04

Meet only when both say yes.

A connection needs your yes and theirs. Founders you pass never find out, and nobody can cold-pitch you.

    • Intros unlock only on mutual interest
    • Message first, or book straight away
  5. 05

    Your calendar, handled.

Binder overlays both calendars and offers only shared slots, in your time zone and call length. One tap books it for both.

Why Binder

Fewer conversations. Better ones.

Binder is built on three rules. Each one removes a reason a fundraising conversation goes nowhere.

Intent, out loud.

Everyone states what they raise or write, at what stage, in which sectors and markets — and when they're free. No guessing from a bio.

Fit before pitch.

Every card leads with why you match. You decide on the criteria that would have ended the conversation anyway.

Yes means a meeting.

Two yeses unlock the connection and put a call on both calendars. The goal is a meeting actually held, not another message.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Binder?

Binder is a founder–investor matchmaking app. Founders state what they are raising; investors state their ticket, stage, sectors and geography. Each side only sees the other where those overlap, a connection needs both sides to say yes, and Binder then books a 20-minute coffee chat into both calendars.

Is Binder live?

We're running a pilot with a founding cohort of founders and investors. The pilot follows the same flow you see above — stated intent, fit, mutual interest, a booked call — with our team reviewing every match. Book a demo to see where the product is today.

Can I try it?

Yes — the phones on this page run the actual prototype. Swipe, connect, book a slot, edit a profile. Nothing you do there is sent anywhere. Open it full screen; it works best on a phone.

Who can see my profile?

Only people on the other side whose criteria you fit, and you choose the visibility: relevant matches, connections only, or paused. Founders appear only to investors whose ticket, stage and thesis include them.

Does anyone find out if I pass?

No. A pass is private. The other side only ever hears about a mutual yes.

How is this different from an investor database?

A database gives you names and leaves the outreach to you. Binder only surfaces people who fit, only connects you when both sides say yes, and turns that yes straight into a meeting on both calendars.

Which founders and investors is the pilot for?

Seed-stage startups that are raising now, and business angels and micro VCs who are actively writing cheques. We keep the first cohort in one coherent segment so every match has a real chance of being relevant.

How are profiles verified?

During the pilot, our team reviews every founder and investor before their profile goes live. Investors confirm the ticket they write and that they're deploying now; founders confirm what they're raising.

Stop pitching strangers.
Meet your match.

Twenty minutes is all it takes to see how Binder works — and we'll book it the way Binder would.
